clarity

Inspiration by Christen McCormack

If the path before you looks murky or feels muddled, you are spending too much time dwelling in fear and doubt. When we are thinking about the future, limiting thoughts that seem logical or factual may actually be a cloak for fear. Rather than thinking about long-term implications, or getting overwhelmed by "everything," bring your awareness back to the present moment and ask yourself what you need right now. The answer is almost always quite simple: A breath of fresh air, perhaps a cup of tea, or a good laugh with a friend can help to center you back into a place of light and hope. When you give yourself these comforts, the relaxation they produce will open up awareness and clarity where confusion once reigned.
